I grew up here in Upper Arlington. My passion for helping older adults began while I was working at the Columbus Alzheimer's Care Center in high school. That experience introduced me to the joys and challenges of caring for older adults, particularly those living with dementia. It inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting older adults and their families.

I went on to attend Miami University, earning a degree in Marketing and a Master's in Gerontology, the study of aging. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with organizations dedicated to improving the lives of older adults, deepening my appreciation for the importance of independence, connection, and quality of life as we age.

I started Sheffer Senior Care with a simple goal: to provide a helping hand to older adults right here in the Upper Arlington community.

Whether it's taking out the trash, raking leaves, bringing up holiday decorations, moving furniture, running errands, offering companionship, or helping navigate questions about aging and senior care, I'm here to help make everyday life a little easier.

I believe it's often the little things that make the biggest difference, and I want Sheffer Senior Care to be a trusted, friendly resource that older adults and their families can count on.
